Meet Walter Elias Disney, or Walt(er) for short. This adorable guy with the pretty hair is a mixed breed sweetie who has left everyone guessing how to label him. We were told that his mom could have been an Australian shepherd mix. His dad is a mystery. We see come corgi and possibly some pom. He is a pretty spunky, but friendly pup who is about 9 months old and weighs about 25 pounds. He is looking for a forever home who can give him a bunch of attention and plenty of opportunities to run and play. Walter has been raised with another dog (a dachshund) but hasn't been around too many new dogs. Introductions will have to go slow. Walter has ... (Read More)been known to snuggle with the dachshund if he isn't snuggling with humans (that's an opportunity he never skips). Walter has also been raised around kids as young as 3 and has been great with them. We do not know how he would be with cats. Walter loves toys, especially those he can destroy. His absolute love is tennis balls. And although he doesn't look like a typical agility dog, he is great at fetch and catching balls in the air. Walter also loves rawhides, dental bones, and pull ropes. He loves to go for walks and rides well in the car. Walter is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. He is also housebroken and crate trained. He knows some basic commands but can be full of mischief without enough exercise. If you would like to offer Walter a forever home the first required step of the adoption process is completing an application on our website at His adoption fee is $175. (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 16-12-05-00186Baylee,Baron,Brewster (female)

Pomeranian Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

These 3 adorable babies are Baylee, Brewster and their dad Baron. Baron is 8 yrs old and the siblings are 6. They are always been together. They were surrendered to a shelter from an abusive and neglectful situation. The pictures are heartbreaking. The flea dirt was so bad it took weeks to wash off. Their back legs were matted together. We were told that their original owner died and someone agreed to take them. We feel that maybe they were in a happy home before. After huddling in the kennel together for 2 weeks, they started becoming braver and venturing out. Baylee has become a friendly little girl. The boys are still shy but ... (Read More)coming around every day. They are fixed, vaccinated, heartworm negative and Baylee had dental surgery to remove a growth and some bad teeth. Their adoption fee is $300 for the 3. We really want them to stay together. A quiet home with a fenced yard would fit them the best. Possibly an older child but we don't think they would do well with younger children living in the home. Please email for more information or an application. (Less)

Though it is surprising in light of its small size, the Pomeranian is closely related to the German Spitz. A Pomeranian puppy is about the size of a human thumb. Paris Hilton has three lap dogs that are all Pomeranians. Pomeranians have been used as circus performers.
