Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Adults (Not Kids) 
Personality: Low Energy, Average Temperament 
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Blind, Deaf 

    Toby is a 12.5 year old dog that is losing his sight and hearing. He sleeps a good portion of the day, gets bursts of energy but is mostly a low energy dog. He is not bad with kids, but with his hearing loss getting startled he can get aggressive. He is a 'talker' and barks quite a bit when he hears or thinks he hears something. He was rescued at 5 months old from an abusive home but has been well loved the last 12 years. Unfortunately we are unable to keep him any longer due to our housing situation and would love to have him spend the last couple of years in a nice home. This breed may become skittish around very young, rambunctious kids. Pomeranians need consistent, thorough obedience training. Pomeranians do fine living in an apartment if they get enough exercise.
