Little Kerby does look pitiful. Kerby spent his entire life in a little rabbit cage. He is a puppy mill dog and was the 2nd worst case they had. He was forced to sleep and live in his own feces and urine. He had to be shaved and the vet said with oatmeal baths his hair should grow back fine. He is 5 years old. He is very timid. He is fully vetted and neutered. He gets along with all my foster dogs but is very submissive. His adoption fee is $250 which covers his cost and transportation. He is currently being fostered in Tennessee.
