|Rescue Me ID: 17-10-27-00100Stacey (female)|
Wallflower looking for her dance partner to come. Date into Rescue: 8/22/2017 Reason for being in rescue: Hoarder/breeder release Foster location: Dreamweaver Farms, Pacolet SC Special Needs? none noted Weight: Est 9 lbs needs to be about 11 Height: About 10' at the shoulder Adoption Fee: $200 Fence needed? Right now Stacey can't walk on a leash, she freezes in fear. A fenced in area would be her best bet right now for her safety and security while she learns the world. What kind of home would be best for me? One with a lot of patience and experience in bring shy dogs out of their shell. What is my personality like? Stacey was rescued from a breeder hoarder and she is used to melting into the background, being one of many and not bringing attention to herself. She is painfully shy but there is no bite or meanness in her. She simply does not know what to do so she stays still. She's looking for patience and someone to earn her trust. She does not want to be picked up. She is not that trusting yet. How do I act when I first meet new people? Very quiet and shy. More tips and tidbits: One day Stacey is going to be a great companion dog but it is going to take someone earning her trust. House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule. My age: Estimated birth date 8/24/2013 (Less)

Pomeranian Dogs can make good pets in South Carolina if they match your IifestyIe. The Pomeranian is a poufy, fox-like toy breed. Pomeranians are vivacious and intelligent. This breed may become skittish around very young, rambunctious kids. Pomeranians need consistent, thorough obedience training. Pomeranians do fine living in an apartment if they get enough exercise.
